How To Use
- Diffuser: Add 5-8 drops of essential oil to a diffuser.
- Shower: Add 2-3 drops to the corner of the shower and enjoy the benefits of steam inhalation.
- Bath: Add up to 5 drops in bath tub, to create a relaxing atmosphere while nourishing your skin.
- Massage: Use a 1% dilution; 20 drops per 100ml carrier oil maximum. Peppermint has a strong aroma and powerful effect, therefore a small number of drops is enough to provide therapeutic effect.
- Steam Treatment: Add 2 drops of essential oil to a bowl of steaming hot water. Place your face close to the bowl and cover the back of your head and bowl with a towel to trap the aromatic vapors. Caution due to risk of burns or scalding, keep eyes covered during treatment.
